It's part of a group of three business units — Obeya Boards, Leading with Obeya and Obeya Coaching — that share one central Zoho CRM. But the sales process ran on scattered tools and manual work: requests came in through different channels, quotes were drafted separately, stock wasn't tracked centrally, and there was no reliable link to the group's CRM.
The need was one central system for the entire sales process, from first request to delivery — with real-time inventory, fast quotes through a product configurator, a CRM for clients and contacts, and an accounting integration (Moneybird), including invoicing for international clients.
