Privacy policy

We only collect data you provide yourself, or data we need in order to deliver our services:

• Name, email address and message through the contact form;
• Company details, billing details and project information from clients;
• Technical data through visitor statistics (anonymised).

We use your data to get in touch with you, to prepare quotes and invoices, to deliver projects and to improve our own services. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We keep client data for as long as the working relationship lasts and up to seven years after that, because of statutory retention obligations (such as tax rules). Messages sent through the contact form are kept until the conversation is finished and deleted afterwards if it does not lead to a project.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Access to systems is limited to people who need it, and secured with strong passwords and two-factor authentication wherever possible.

When you chat with the LAURA LISA WhatsApp bot, we process the data that belongs to that conversation: your phone number, the content of your messages, the conversation history and any details you share yourself, such as your name or company details.

We use that data to answer your questions and to create requests or tickets for you in our own CRM. We keep the conversation for as long as we need it for customer service and follow-up; there is no fixed retention period.

To generate answers we use Anthropic (Claude) as a processor, and WhatsApp/Meta delivers the messages. We share nothing beyond that: we do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party marketing.

You have the right to view, correct or delete your data. You can also object to processing or ask us to transfer your data. Contact us at hallo@lauralisa.com. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Our website only uses functional and anonymised analytics cookies. We do not use third-party tracking or marketing cookies.
