Operational from day one

The situation

CleanFold Eco Laundry is a new laundry in Canggu, Bali, serving expats, digital nomads, tourists and local businesses (hotels, villas, gyms, spas). As a startup there was no existing system to replace — but there was a clear wish to work professionally from day one, without the WhatsApp chaos and Excel sheets that plague most Bali laundries.

The need

The need: a complete digital foundation for a laundry that wanted to scale from day one — a customer-friendly ordering website plus an internal system to track every wash from intake to delivery, including staff scheduling and financial insight.

What we built

Two connected systems: a multi-language public ordering site and an internal system for production, scheduling and reporting.

• Public website (EN/ID/RU) with online ordering, Gojek pickup integration, per-service pricing and a separate B2B section for hotels, villas, gyms and spas
• Full production pipeline per order: intake → quality check → wash → dry → second check → iron → pack
• Real-time deadline tracking and shift-based staff scheduling
• Reporting with revenue, average order value and trends, split between consumer and B2B
• QR tracking and WhatsApp updates so customers can follow their order without the team answering every question by hand

The result

A complete operational system ready at launch, instead of being bolted on later. 4.8 stars from 79 Google reviews, with customers explicitly citing the tracking system and communication as reasons to return. Serving 12 areas around Canggu from one system, without operations becoming more complex.
