A simple document portal where multiple board members can upload, retrieve and view documents, organised by category — delivered quickly.

A custom document portal with categories, user management and a download log for traceability.

• Documents organised in categories (Protocols, Procedures, Forms, Policy) with search
• Admin environment for documents, users and categories
• Download log: traceable record of who accessed which document — relevant for the audit
• Email settings for portal notifications
