AI & automation explained
When people talk about AI, most think of a chatbot. For your business, AI means something much more concrete: for the same budget as a standard WordPress site, a fully custom platform can now be built — thanks to AI. Think one platform instead of ten separate tools, a website that thinks along with your visitors, and processes that take care of themselves in the background.
Think about everything an average business runs separately: a booking tool, invoicing software, a CRM, a newsletter tool, a scheduling app, a stand-alone payment system, stock management, a forms tool, a live-chat widget, a reviews plugin. Each with its own login, its own subscription, and none of them talking to each other. That can be different now. One website, fully tailored to your business, where all that functionality is simply built in — for roughly what a standard site without any of those extras used to cost.
See for example Obeya Boards — from separate tools to one complete stock and sales system — or Heart in Communication, where we went from email chaos to streamlined session planning and client management.
Beyond merging tools, a website itself can become smarter. A real example: a visitor uploads a photo of a piece of jewellery, AI gives an initial value estimate, and the request lands with the jeweller automatically — with all the info already collected.
On top of that, platforms can be connected to your bookkeeping or other existing tools, with automations that remove the manual work. Where that used to require separate automation tools, we now often build it directly into the platform — using AI tools like Claude Cowork. And where it helps, we support with design too, from small tweaks to a full brand identity.
These three layers aren't a menu — usually it starts small and grows over time. In a call we hear you out and show which layer would bring the most.
